I had lost my brother of similar age in a motor cycle accident last July 2021, I contacted HPA for greif counseling and it took 4-5 weeks to get the 1st appointment. The first appointment went well, the second also, the third was cancelled due to technical issues and the forth the Dr did not show up to (all virtual), I waited on the "portal" from 8:55am to 9:15am (appointment was at 9am). The only reason they are getting a 2 star review is because I believe there is a communication issue between HPA and the Drs working for them. I will not be returning or recommending this company.

Just okay. Front end staff was/is pleasant to deal with and Dr. Morrison was great to talk to. However, once she completes the intake you get shuffled away to someone else and that's it. They do offer a binge eating group that's decent but it runs from 5:30pm to 7pm on Tuesdays. I'm not sure that prime dinner time is the best time for a group of binge eaters to meet, especially if you have small kids. So not great, but not terrible. UPDATE 5/24/22. I've discontinued my care for lack of results and the billing situation is a mess. Save yourself a headache.

I would and will highly recommend HPA/LiveWell to anyone I care for. This facility is absolutely incredible and has highly amplified my life. Dr. Drew is the BEST!!! Working with him has been nothing short of helpful, important and needed. He is amazing. Camille is also fantastic. She has helped me so much during such a busy time (COVID) and has impressed me greatly. I love this place!
