Slow lousy customer service. Always a line. They have locked me out of my po box 2 years in a row and charged a fee for not renewing in time. No notice of renewal being due was seen by me. No way to do automatic renewal on-site. Unhelpful government employees.

Be aware of Gina who works there as my frustration with receiving my fathers mail became more of an issue. I was accused of having an attitude and 'Mothered' about how sugar gets more bees. I informed her there was no attitude and i was being direct so there was no confusion. Instead she tried to get me to freak out to have a reason to escort me out or call police by perpetuating the argument and not letting it go. At two different times i had to ask her to stop and let me pay for my package to be sent. She still continued to make remarks despite being told to stop, let me check out so I am able to leave. This post office is close so ill continue to keep going here until otherwise notified. Ill also be calling the Post Offices corporate line to review the situation and establish a complaint. Great post office overall and never ever had an issue until today. **Update - contacted USPS Annex in Albany NY as that is the supervising unit. I am waiting for a call back from the area supervisor over the incident.
