My name is John and recently moved to Lakewood Ranch. My wife and I owned a Restoration company for 20 years in New Jersey. We took a vacation up north. When we returned home on Tuesday afternoon. Upon entering our house drywall ceilings we're on the Floor covering a majority of the entire 1st floor. I went upstairs to find the source and it was our AC Condensate Line that was clogged and overflowing. I gathered my thoughts and called an Hvac Company that responded quickly to extract and clear the line. I was Extremely worried about finding the right Restoration company. I called a well respected friend from the Area that said he knew the owner of a local Servpro. I called at 430pm and spoke with a Superintendent named Greg Clark. I explained the scope of work and head a full professional crew to my house in one Hour. By 9pm they stabilized our house and setup drying equipment. We had a leak from our upstairs neighbor. Servpro was here within hours of the damage. After removing the drying machines, we noticed a problem from the water with the molding. Chancellor Hayward came out to assess the damage. He was very professional. Chancellor even vacuumed the carpet when he was done. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Woke up to discover 40 gallons of water had been dumped on a carpeted bedroom three days ago. Called ServPro before they opened and got put through to a human who promised to send out a technician ASAP. Steve from ServPro arrived by 9 am to assess the situation. He was soon joined by José and Ryan and they got right to work on pulling up the soaked carpet and pad and preparing the concert slab for my flooring replacement. In and out the door in an hour and a half. From my perspective the fee was very reasonable because a massive problem was solved on the spot, not days down the road. Highly recommend you give them a call when trouble strikes.
