Dr. Goel is great the office staff is revolving. getting things done in a timely manner is nearly impossible. It shouldn’t take 6 phone calls and three emails to..not even get their attention.

I have been a patient of Dr. Goal & Beth for a few years now for back pain. Recently I was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer, the condition is a little out of their area however they opted to treat me. If it wasn't for them I would have been dead a long time ago. I considered them as part of my treatment team and always will, they have help me continue the fight againsts the cancer, without them I would have given up. I met Dr. Goel for the first time this week. The staff was super nice and very helpful. My former pain management dr was no longer with the Dr's office I was using. I was seen by her for over three years. She recommended Dr. Goel. Dr. Goes entered the room with a smile on his face. He knew I about my medical conditions. He gave me a through examination. He apologized every time he hit a painful spot. He was a wonderful doctor. I believe he can help me with my chronic pain .

The office staff is not very friendly. The doctor is very hard to understand. For a pain mgmt clinic they do not like to prescribe meds to help you at all. The office is like 900 degrees every time I go in. And if your appt is at 1pm. Do not expect to get in before 2pm. They try to force injections that don’t work or force medical procedures on you.
