Took my cousin who had tested positive for a corvid home test. Dr never checked her , did not give her an official test. Prescribed a new viral medicine. made sure she signed waiver releasing them from any adverse affects but did not tell her what bad symptoms would be or tell her if there was any interaction with her current meds.

Would not recommend this Urgent Care. My wife went for a Covid Test ; provided her ID, INS Cards along with the completed required form to front desk which should have been enough information. Then was advised by office staff person she would send a link to her phone and to complete another questionnaire online including taking a picture of ID/Insurance cards (front/back) to include in the online app. App was not friendly and it took a while to complete. Patients go their to seek urgent care and normally don't feel like completing all of the paperwork online that the office staff should be completing. Advised upfront she wanted to see the doctor as she is very high risk (rare lung disease/asthma/diabetes); but when she was called back for covid test, person doing the test was very arrogant and rude and ask what good would it do to see the doctor and to just go home, gargle with salt water and drink hot liquids. They also advised they could not prescribe any medication. She spent the weekend contacting her provider's and was prescribed Paxlovid which has kept her out of the hospital along with the 4 covid shots she received. We will not be going back there.

It was so easy to get appointment for my mom. The staff were so friendly and Doctors were professionals and explained everything to us, also gave us some samples for medications. The cost per visit was affordable. Great urgent care in the area I will recommend it for everyone.

Hello 45 minutes you get your results

I see a referral is needed. Does that come from your primary care dr? My coworker tested positive and I want to be tested to be sure I'm not positive
