100% rude and money crazy. I got an MRI done in the mobile unit. In their partner center, I paid upfront for the MRI and then went inside. First thing they ask is whether I paid. I say yes, they say ok, sign this and take me to the MRI machine. I wasn't given any time to read, I wrongly and stupidly assumed it was about the procedure, safey and precautions etc.. No, apparently it was about the costs. 2 weeks later, I get slapped another bill from them. When I call to explain this was never communicated to me in any part of the process, then I am literally being told too bad, this is how we do things, it was in the docs etc. Yes, maybe... But you didn't even give me any time to read it, nor communicated its content. I feel like I got scammed.

If there was 0 star option I would choose it. I went to Wake Radiology for breast mammogram, after the mammogram the doctor was not able to draw a conclusion so she consulted another doctor, they came checked on me together again and confirmed it was not an issue. Then they billed me for the extra service from the second doctor too which I did not ask for. I am quite healthy and I think it is not fair for me to be charged for the 2nd doctor, if the fist doctor was knowledgeable enough then they would not have to bring the 2nd doctor. All they want is your money.

Hi Kevin, you can get a copy of your MRI report via the WakeRad UNC REX patient portal. Set up your account by visiting WakeRad.com and clicking on blue Patient Login tab at the top of the homepage.
