Lived here 2 years and would NOT recommend. The walls are thin and you can hear your fellow tenants all around, without them being loud. Constantly had bugs and mice, year round and I lived on the second story. They didn't change out air filters the last year I lived there. When I moved in, linoleum was cut and old, kitchen cabinets were in rough shape and bottom pieces were missing. The floors throughout the apt squeak and there's water damage on the ceiling in bathroom and master bedroom. Windows are old and leaked so they condensate during a shower or any temp change, also effects your energy bill. Couple of times i had to notify maintenance when i smelled gas leaks... do not put a gas range in a apt complex! One person's mistake can cause an explosion. No one picked up trash so grounds are always messy. Area seems to be getting rougher. Nice location as far as travel but thats the only positive I'd say.

Nice apartments. The people in the office are welcoming and maintenance is quick to fix any issues. I love that it is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Awesome pool!
