Update: After a full year of living here I wouldn’t change my review whatsoever. Staff is great all around and the community is quiet and clean. Access to the Greenways is a plus as well. Absolutely recommend this complex. First off, Tina and Emily in the front office are the most helpful and caring apartment staff I’ve ever dealt with hands down. Maintenance is quick and friendly. While these apartments are somewhat dated, the building and grounds are both very well maintained and I’ve had zero issues with bugs or anything of the sort you’d expect with a complex on the “older” side. Great appliances (stainless steel, no ice maker though but not a huge issue) and overall just a very clean, comfortable space to land at. Location is a plus too.

Maintenance requests are done correctly the 1st time and quickly. We had a snow and the office called me to apologize for them not coming out and fixing the roof two day delay. That's the kind of staff and maintenance they have at this location. I've been here 3 years and planned on staying.

Any chance the management office could please ask the resident that leaves their barking dog outside on the balcony for most of the day and evening to please stop doing so and give the rest of the community some relief?
