I've been a customer of MBOC for over 17 years, with no plans to change that. My recent experience with a new-to-me service advisor Carol Yost was top-notch, and I need to throw in kudos as well for Robert (loaners) and Jay (jack of all trades). MBOC and I'm sure MBOR as well is a cut above the rest--sort of the equivalent of a 5 star hotel where service to the customer is a priority.

You usually have to inquire directly with the dealership. For them to get you the best pricing on the best tires, or if you want to go with a different spec tire than what was originally installed from factory. As far as online shopping they have been referring to automobiles. I hope this helps.
