If you're like me and you've never wanted to touch a barbell with a 10-foot pole, this review is for you. I am super mega new to strength training and have always been intimidated by big weights-only gyms that look like "guy gyms" - until Capital Strength!!! The coaches and the safe-space environment here are unbelievable. They really know what they're doing, are so encouraging and supportive throughout your journey, they meet you where you are in the process (no matter how much or little you can lift), and guide your form and movements every step of the way. They also know how to adjust and modify for any pain points or injuries, which was big for me and one of my knees. I am so grateful to have found Capital Strength, I look forward to going, and every time I walk out after a session, my body and my spirit feel amazing. I am so proud of the community and environment they've built and plan to continue to work my way up those weights!

I joined Capital Strength almost a year ago and can’t say enough good things about it. I personally love the smaller, more personalized environment - the trainers are amazing and the programs set you up for success. I came from a group class gym setting and knew very little about strength training - now I love it and will never go back! Hi Erick, our prices range from $75-100/session for 1on1 personal training. Semi-private group training starts at $299/month. Yes, our clients get results for a variety of goals.
We don't cater exclusively to bodybuilding, but we do incorporate some BB techniques in to our training. We mainly help people transform thru strength training.
