This park is situated downtown in Modesto, it's a mixed bag for me because I grew up going to this park. It's open and spacious, great for dogs. There is a little bit of trash and it's probably not the safest park when the sun goes down.

Yes you can. The hall is perfect for birthdays. You may have to keep indoors though. There are many who use the park for illicit use
