The mechanics and staff go above and beyond! I recently had my car serviced and noticed a bird had gotten inside the front grill of my Denali. They were kind enough to remove it for me. The wait time was minimal and the staff is very friendly. Lisa G. will always check on me and see if I need anything or just to say hello! The hour drive I have is well worth the service I receive.

Other dealers give you the run around for a service appointment, some saying 2/3 weeks. Not Anchor Buick, called and gave me a time within 2 days not 2 weeks like other dealers Kevin was very helpful, and know's his job VERY WELL!!

Generally the answer is yes, especially for the symptoms you describe; however you may be able to show up and get repairs but expect to wait a long time
