Today my father went to request his services and they treated him very badly, the manager did not want to attend to them and told him that he did not have time. I do not recommend this place, they give very bad customer service and especially to the elderly.

Just went to try to get 4 new tires from Tims after coming here for years and was very rudely told that they were closed at 4:30pm. I talked to them a few hours ago AND checked online to see that they were open until 7. Will not return. They have lost a loyal repeat customer.

They sold me a bad tire when I went back to get it replaced they didn't want to do and even charged me 15 more dollars, people want the money but don't want to so the work, no pride in their business
