Sandy, the owner, has great energy and it’s obvious she loves her fury clients. Our pup loved her and made several friends with some of her other fury clients during our visit. She is very knowledgeable and really does research and knows the products she has in her shop. We are so grateful for the love and care she gave our pup. We are also grateful for how she helped alleviate our anxieties about leaving our beloved fur baby with someone we really didn’t know. She gave us several helpful recommendations for food and other care products for our pup, with no pressure to buy. We were on vacation and upon returning home we bought and used some of her recommendations and they are legit and have significantly improved our pups quality of life! She’s legit also and not just trying to sell “snake oil” and make a penny off you. Our only disappointment is we wish she was local in our home town as her knowledge and services are amazing! We will definitely keep in touch! We are so very grateful Sandy! We can’t thank you enough! Our fur baby thanks you also! We highly recommend and trust Sandy and Barkz & Wagz!

Outstanding business you will get nothing but love and respect for your fur baby here. Play area is off the chart beautiful staff is always friendly and willing to help you. My name is Bruce Lee so when you see me you'll know who I am. I love my Mom for taking me to such an awesome place. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of my best friend Mr Peanut at a drop of a hat. I know his mother Barbara appreciated it and I know I was well taken care of thank you once again for being such a fabulous place. you truly do love your fur babies it shows in the quality of your work and your store is spotless your grooming area is spotless you could not ask for more of a better place to take your fur baby. Took my dog in for a 1:00 appointment. Went back 3 hours later and because I forgot my cell phone I went inside to let Megan know I was out in the parking lot and to just wave at the door and I would come in to pick her up. Megan came to the counter and told me she was running behind and had not touched her. I said you mean she’s been in the cage for 3 hours? She said yes but that she doesn’t mind because she just sleeps. I should have said at that point to give me my dog but I asked how much longer and she said maybe an hour. She knew I was not happy but I went ahead and came back at a little after 5:00. Sandy, the owner came out and said to me “how are you?” Of course I was not happy and told her that. Then Sandy lit into me and told me she didn’t like the fact that I wait in the parking lot for my call that me dog is ready to be picked up. Then she mentioned that $60 that I pay is not worth it and told me not to bring my dog back. I would not take my worst enemy there because of the way I was treated. My dog was cut but not bathed. The owner is very mean and has no compassion for dogs. When I took my dog outside she threw up and had diarrhea for three days after that horrible visit. My animal is a very sweet Cocker Spaniel. This woman, Sandy, needs a lesson on how to treat people as well as animals.
