Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. My car has sat on their lot for over 6 months. Waiting on a part is the reason I’m given. This car was purchased from Pacifico brand new and to be now treated like a afterthought is horrible. When I asked about a loaner vehicles I was told they don’t do that anymore since COVID. I can’t explain the level of disappointment.

Came in to get tires they couldn't find them I had sit around and wait hours while my truck had no tires. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced no comunication. The service center is extremely slow and unorganized. My family been buying cars here for about 20yrs. We won't be buying another car from them again. 😒 I suggest going elsewhere for a car and better service.

Nope, But it's preferred to save on time. Plus on certain days if you have an appointment for an oil change. If it's not done within a certain timeframe then it's free. So that's why I say appointment preferred. Hope this helps. 😊

They do, i recall seeing it when i was there for an oil change. Can't remember if it was on the bay door or the door next to it but it's right in that area.

Yes but you should ask about the insurance deductible first to make sure you know the out of pocket amount.
Yes you can. They also have the QuickLane Center that also do oil changes. No appointment needed .
