I got an inspection. When I inquired about my extended possibly covering the repairs, I was advised to reach out to to Steve on Tuesday. Now I can't get a person to speak with about it on the phone. I don't understand why this wasn't taken care of while I was there. It's frustrating to say the least.

Very disappointing but Nissan I’ve been I Nissan customer for over 25 years the pandemic happened and now they won’t even give me a lease again ! they tell me they don’t even want me as a customer I guess a pandemic only happened to people like me ! I miss one payment because of the pandemic they charge me over $4000 and late fees and put me down as late and reported it to the credit reporting agency stay far away from all Nissan dealers if we all stay together it be corporate will hear us! And the dealership wouldn’t even help me oh they will if I put $10,000 down on a $18,000 car! I’ve never been so embarrass and I have nothing to be embarrassed about I’m sure I’m not the only person this happened to

I called Chapman Nissan to schedule a complimentary service appointment on June 24th for July 2nd. On July 2nd I was late to my 9:15 am appt due to my GPS losing signal. I had no idea where I was but communicated that I would be running late with the receptionist michelle she was very understanding. I arrived more than a hour late and was greeted by Dan Ricciardi who told me that he would take care of everything! I waited in the waiting area, and it wasn't long before the service technician sent the multi point inspection video to my phone to let me see everything and that I was all done. I was impressed and satisfied with the services friendly staff and most importantly there wasn't any out of pocket expenses. I was happy to catch a break with the price of everything going up these days Thanks so much Nissan and especially Dan Ricciardi for making me feel more than a valued customer. I will see you guys in November for my regular inspection and winter protection services.

Hi Beverly, Nissan does not sell seat covers. The reasons behind this is the seats in the car have side air bags and a seat cover can prevent them from deploying in an accident. You may be able to find them from an aftermarket company but we would recommend looking for some that have some time of opening or release for an airbag to deploy out of. Let us know if you need anything else.

Purchase door handle at LKQ auto parts for maybe $35.00 and pay any mechanic another $20.00 to have it installed. This will save you hundreds, literally. Hope this helps!! When dealing with Nissan Dealer or any other new car Dealership, the hourly rate for labor alone could be upwards of $70 an hr. The handle (new) over $200. Used $35.00 if you do the math, $55.00 beats $270.00 any day of the week!!
They do not do body work at the shop on passayunk ave. My son works there. I think there is nissan dealer in horsham where they do body work
