I came here the other day to get some money out and I was so lucky to get my card stuck in the machine at first I was scared but then I went inside and spoke with one of the employees and she explained to me that she was going to go turn off the machine and then it would skip my card out all this took less than 10 minutes and she did it with a smile... when I went out side to the ATM to received my card I heard her on the other side ask did you get your card miss lavender? It was like on the jetsonson ...seemed like the machine was talking ..it just made my day I thought I was going to be there so much longer I appreciate the staff at Navy Federal's are always sooo nice and helpful I've been with them for 15 years and I wouldn't Bank anywhere else

Navy Federal provides some of the worst customer service I've experienced at any bank. Their mortgage loan processors are terrible, don't communicate, and in one instance outright lied to me. Additionally, recently I went to this particular branch to have two documents notarized. I called the day before to check if, a) the would notarize those particular document types (which were related to a property for which Navy Federal provides the mortgage), and b) if they would have a notary working the next day. I was placed on hold while the customer service rep said they were calling this exact branch to verify they would be able to accommodate my request. After returning, she indicated that it would be no problem to notarize a warranty deed and seller's affidavit, and, "yes", they would have a notary on site the next day. When I showed up to take care of this business, the lady checking in banking customers was rude and dismissive, and the branch then claimed, that a) they would not notarize those documents, and b) their notary wasn't working. Wells Fargo accommodated my request...
