I take my Jordan 1 lows for shipping and I ask frank if he knew how to send it and he say yes and I even ask if I have to pay extra for the box and he say no I got it….. I’m so mad right now because the return my shoes back!!!!

Pulled up at 8:45 on a Monday morning to find it closed despite the hours on the door reading 8 a.m. to 6 p.m…waited 20 minutes in case the opening person was just running late but zero movement in the store. No signage indicating the owners are on vacation or unusually closed for some other reason. The Help Wanted signs certainly indicate that they’re short staffed & I appreciate the challenge for employers these days with finding good employees but not being open at all without officially changing your hours is really frustrating.

Depends on pick up times for that box. To insure the fastest shipping times it's best to go to a UPS store.
They usually only have 2 or 3 people there at the most becuase of the small space and covid. And with the holidays just ending, they have tons of returns and customers right now. They probably are just super busy and can't pick up right away.
