Time and time again, you would think they would change their system to better help The outside drivers. No matter if you check in on time they still want you to wait outside the premises like if there's parking for the truck drivers . And then when they do call you for a dock you're still waiting almost 5-6 hours to get loaded. Yes we get compensated on detention, but now we have to reschedule for delivery and it also takes a same amount of time as the pick up, Ridiculous...

Security friendly got me empty fast. When you turn in your key to get empty is were I had a problem... they misplaced or lost my truck key.. rec got rude to me, no phone number on full with Google only number they had was for Atlanta plant and they wouldn't give me this coca cola's phone number to call to see if they we ould mail me my keys back yo me..
