The rooms are dirty. All light fixtures didn't work, they had a small window ac and that did not cool the room down. The room was hot and very uncomfortable. Showers were caked with mold. Beds were stained as well as the bedding. I highly recommend paying the extra $50 at better hotel. We didn't even stay once we saw the room we left and checked into a clean hotel where the kids could actually take their shoes off.

You 100% get what you pay for. The floor to the room was extremely dirty. I made my kids wear socks the whole time because you could feel how gross it was. One of our windows was broken and their fix was to tape a piece of cardboard over it. The shower handles were falling off and the shower head was barely attached to the wall. The microwave was dirty. And the blankets had cigarette holes in them even though from my understanding you aren't suppose to be smoking in the rooms. To top it all off there was garbage from the previous tenants of the room under the bed, which included a pill of some kind.

Housekeeping needs some cleaning skills. No stoves. No coffee maker. Big room. Plenty of space. Just needs facelift..

The reception was deplorable. A guy doing tap dancing looked like we were bothering him... He was watching a series. The dilapidated room. Curtains torn. Air conditioning not working. I was afraid that cockroaches would come out of the complaints. The bathroom... Am I talking about it? And a sock in the microwave... I was scared. For the price we paid it's a shame. It is written luxurious suites.... Frankly a horror.
