This hotel is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't be let down. Great trip. I was in Tacoma for the Tool concert, and stayed one night. Check in was easy, great people working the front desk. My room was very clean. I enjoyed the complimentary extras in the bathroom. I forgot make up remover, so having a make up wipe came in clutch. Parking was a little extra, but worth it. You have to use your room key to open the gate for parking, so that made it feel safer. Overall, it was a great visit and I would stay here again.

June 22 2022. Door to one of the entrances to third floor parking garage is jammed. Thank goodness there’s another entrance. Stall in women’s room in lobby needs attention. I recommend staff perform more frequent bathroom checks. Curtains in room 402 won’t fully close—hard to get total darkness. Curtains are fine in room 521 but I had to bury the hair dryer in towels to get darkness because the hair dryer has a night light, and I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. Bed and TV are nice. Free HBO. Breakfast is meh. I recommend the omelettes and pancakes. Don’t be intimidated by pancakes machine. Just press the button.

We immediately felt welcomed by the super friendly staff and appreciated the last minute upgrade, it made my 42nd birthday evening with my husband memorable. I even cried a little but it was good. I would definitely stay again. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great choices for breakfast.

Every staff member we interacted with was cheerful and helpful. The hotel felt safe, and was within walking distance of two museums and more eateries than we had time to sample in our four night stay. The room was large and clean, the mattress and PILLOWS(!) were comfortable. We’ve never had a better (included) breakfast service. The walk-in shower would be good for handicapped guests.
