Update: Our car was broken into and our window was bashed in when we parked in their parking garage. The parking garage isn't very secure. Staff was lovely. Incredibly helpful and kind. Very funny too. The rooms were a little dated. None of the drains worked very well, especially in the shower. The rooms were clean, but obviously dated. Dents, drywall repair being done, as well as a smallish hole in the shower wall. Breakfast was a bag to go. I wouldn't actively avoid this place. But I would book somewhere else if I had the choice. Forgot to mention. Most of the outlets in the room didn't work.

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. They compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be let down. This place is excellent for an overnight travel spot to rest! Besides that Andrea at the front desk was amazing! She told us some great spots to see around Tacoma while my stay here with my buddies, and made us defiantly want to come back to Tacoma! Thanks Andrea! 🙏🏽

One of the best experiences I have ever had checking into a hotel. I had the pleasure of coming across Andrea the general manager and Jeffrey the assistant general manager. I was exhausted when I came to check in my reservation. There was a hiccup due to technical problems not from their end and during my wait of them getting everything situated, they had made me laugh so much with their humor and spark some energy in me. I highly recommend that for those who are traveling and are exhausted to stop by here because if they need some kind of laugh or some kind of revitalization these two will definitely make you happy customers

We have stayed several times, unfortunately this time was a disappointment. The room was very cold and couldn't get it to warm up. No hot water for a shower. Only one elevator working. Faucet in room ran constantly couldn't shut it off. Useless broken lamp in room. However the employees were very friendly and welcoming.
