私の時間を覚えている Remember my time Japanese people never fail to move me with their kindness and, most of all, thoughtfulness and consideration. It permeates every aspect of life in Japan and is with an overwhelming sense that respect — both given and received — is huge part of Sakana Restaurant .The level of love and respect that goes into food preparation at Sakana Restaurant is of the same quality and taste of the foods of japans incredibly high standard. The staff is extremely responsive, professional and accommodating. Throughout Japan, age-old traditions remain alive and are full display with their entire hand crafted menu offering, I highly recommend The Japanese experience. At Sakara Restaurant. Celebration of constant quality. 私の時間を覚えている Remember my time

I had the choice between this place and one of the "happening spots" a Scottsdale since we had already gone to the "happening" spot and I wasn't highly impressed as I dine out for the food not to be "seen" We came on a Wednesday night and there was a little wait but we ordered a glass of wine from the bar. We were seated about 12 mins later. I was very impressed with the special of the evening the Sashimi platter which was the special for the night for about $50. Everything was very fresh. The service was good and the wine was good. I enjoyed Watching the chef prepare our platter as well. Of the sushi spots I've been to in AZ so far this is my favorite.

Pretty good. The salmon nigiri was really good. The rolls are too big. Typical “American” sushi. Bigger is definitely not better.

Absolutely amazing sushi and the prices are unbeatable for the quality you’re getting. The garlic Parmesan edamame is to die for.
