Horrible management. They never answer their phones or always close early. Don’t expect them to answer your emails as well. Ooh and don’t expect your deposit back because they charge you for every little thing to equal your deposit. Shady Shady Shady

I have lived here for six years...through three different management teams..the current team lacks customer service skills, this is the only place that I've ever lived and paid rent where they treat you like their doing you a favor, they are rude, argumentative and constantly giving you incorrect information. I personally believe that it is because a lot of low income people live here using rent subsidies they look down on them, which is hypocrisy at it's finest because their owner receives huge tax incentives from the government. Also there is a huge problem with unsupervised children running around all times of day and night making noise, scattering debris and trash throughout the complex. That is not a managerial issue, maybe not enforcing rules. I will say that Mayra Mendoza has always shown a level of proffesionalism, whenever I have had a ongoing issue I make it a point to speak with her and it is usually addressed, however the young ladies in the office could use some customer relations training!! Quite frankly, Walmart gives better customer service..(everyone knows walmart isn't in the business of customer service🤣)
