I guess it gave me the freedom to browse, but my time was limited (lunch hour) and I couldn’t stick around to buy something as a result of the helpful staff person. It looks like they were fully stocked with merchandise.

It's a new era. Best Buy is losing its charm, but that's not their fault I suppose. There was an excitement when you made a trip to this place, you never knew what they would have and what you would walk out with. You could touch and test and take it home that same day. A lot of the things are not available in store anymore, lots of things are ship to home. Why wouldn't I order on Amazon if I can get the same thing for the same price in two days? I love Best Buy, but I regularly walk out disappointed that things are not in stock. I use to browse through the movies and take 3-4, now there's barely any left. It's the times, I don't blame them.

Purchase a phone case that didn't work on my cell phone and wanted to return it and was told by customer service at store that the "15" day return time was over by a few days. Receipt says that 15 day return policy on "some" items not all. Guy in charge advice for me to sign up to some "program" they have that will allow me to return any items up to 60 days without any problem and the cost for it is $200. I call it ridiculous and most possibly will think twice before buying anything again. Now I'm stuck with a $79.99 case that I will not be able to use. Bad program Best Buy.

For this location my visit was casual. Will give credit to the crew for being attentive, due to the fact that twice they came up to ask if they can help with anything. Thank You for that, as well as, for a great time looking around. Would I recommend? Yes Would I go back? Yes. If in that area. I was near with friends for the buffet.

You have to check on their website they have all the stuff you type in what you want to type in on the website and it shows you the price or you can call them and ask them
