The night staff is rude and takes forever to give you your food. I cannot stress how rude and awful the night staff is, probably the worst drive through staff ever! The food also took 20 minutes to receive. Go to McDonald’s or drive to a different Wendy’s please.

By far the slowest and worst Wendy's I've been to. They make everyone pull forward to keep their window times down. There was already a car pulled up waiting, so I had to go around them to wait in front of them. Their staff is constantly using expletives directly in front of customers, non-stop expletive gossip. When the employee finally brought my food up to my car, (which was only a burger and nuggets), he didn't say a word, just held his hand out with my food from behind my window, so I had to reach out behind the window opening to actually retrieve my food, and didn't even say a word. They didn't give me any BBQ sauce, (I had asked for one extra, I got none) Both my burger and nuggets were cold, which if I had to wait for my food, why would it be cold? This was 2:40pm 7/7/22. They need a whole staff overhaul here, or at least cut the cursing and be attentive to their customers and provide the quick, quality service we expect from Wendy's.

The burger, fries, lemonade, and frosty were standard. The service was also solid. But the chicken sandwich I got was inedible. The components all tasted a little funny and the chicken had an odd, rubbery texture. I could only eat about 3 bites before I almost completely lost my appetite.

Service here is always slow. My food came out luke warm borderline cold. The burger was chewy and not juicy. The staff brought me the wrong order and argued with me about saying it was right despite me having the order on my screen. The person had an "I don't care attitude" and when the manager I requested came out his attitude was not much better. He didn't even know that mobile orders are offered to be picked up at the drive through and insisted all mobile orders have to be picked up inside. Not sure how that's possible when the door to the inside were locked. When I was a kid I used to love this Wendy's location but it has gone so far downhill it may never recover

My daughter worked at Wendy's. I know at her store a cooler was used. Some stores might freeze meat, remember each store is independently owned. There are rules , but not everyone follows them to a tee.
