Mavis in Vails Gait! What a professional establishment. All those working here are very honest and hard-working people. The guys here made me feel at ease and assured me that I was in good hands. I was serviced at a timely fashion and it was done with very skilled technicians. They went above and beyond by keeping me in the loop on the damage of my tire and how they were going to fix it. I was so impressed with my experience with Mavis Vails Gate defying all the stigmas of getting bad service at tire shops. A special shout out to the crew for hooking a brother up. Called to make an appt for an 8 am inspection. While doing so… was being solicited for a brake flush. Upon arrival I was told it’s a 6 hour wait due to 3 cars ahead of me. That seems way off… so nope. Other customers were also leaving and threatening to call “corporate” while I was there.

came in last minute for a tire alignment was taken care of by Kris and Andre even though they were about to close in twenty minutes. Was given a standard and fair price. After running around in several places where they attempted to overcharge for an alignment. I appreciate Kris and Andre. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to the location.
