I find the Cream Ridge location reliable and the waiting area is neat. Frank is my hero for taking care of my car so I feel safe when I drive and educates me to make sure I appropriately keep up with it’s maintenance. Frank even provided printed diagrams so I could have a better understanding for a recent alignment. Darlene is honest with scheduling which makes sure she doesn’t keep anyone waiting unexpectedly too long. I get my tire and alignment services here for several years (even when this location had a different name.) My dad, husband, and I were always satisfied with the services so when my daughter got a new-to-her car and they were able to change the tires, oil change, and give it a check up. CR Mavis is going to be her primary, and hopefully only, maintenance location. I feel my car is secure dropping it off overnight as they use a locked side lot for next day work. I recommend making an appointment here for maintenance and systems checks to keep yourself driving safely!

Quick and efficient and Maria was absolutely amazing and had the best customer service she was friendly and put me at ease she was absolutely amazing and I will absolutely come back here maybe just to say hi to her lol but please come here if you need anything. I couldn’t be any happier with everything

Drove in today to have my tire with a screw perfectly placed in, fixed. I drove in my spare and didn’t expect them to see me right away and offered to leave the tire / rim and return later. 5 minutes later I’m driving away with the fixed tire in my car. I didn’t think to ask but they also offered to put the tire on the car. I didn’t expect to be in and out with a flat in that time. Other locations it takes hours at times. Amazing customer service. Will definitely be using their service again.

I came into mavis today for brakes on my car. They were making a horrible noise coming from the back. The 2 assistant managers at the front desk were not only more than helpful, they were also very courteous as well. All the mechanics kept me posted on what was going on with my car, which I greatly appreciated!! I don’t know much about cars. When I got my car back, no more noises!! Frank is an awesome mechanic & very professional as well. I will definitely be back to the mavis in cream ridge!!!
