We are in the process of adding a bathroom and wet bar to our game room over our garage. The process started in Feb. 2022. We were told the Health Dept. would have to inspect our septic tank and it would be anywhere from 2 weeks to 90 days for an inspector to come out? Does the county really consider this a reasonable timeline? The inspector showed up June st! The two inspectors measured and told us we needed to add another septic tank. When we went to pick up the permit, it said we were adding a two bedroom partment over our garage which was totally wrong!we had to track the health dept inspector down and get him to make the changes so the Building Dept will approve.Today we are told the Building dept cannot sign off because their inspector is in continuing education trading. My question is why only one person at the building dept to sign off ?why is this whole process taking so long?

I started bringing my children here for their vaccines and this is the best experience I’ve had thus far. From going to blue ridge pediatrics to a family doctor to coming here, I will not take them anywhere else to get a shot. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful and their care to my children really put me at ease. Getting shots is hard for the mommas too! The whole experience was just comfortable, fast and easy. The nurse even came out to the lobby after the shots were done to check on my girls and ask how they were feeling. It was just a wonderful experience especially for something that is usually not a fun situation. Thank you to everyone!!

Went here to get vaccinated and all the nurses and staff are so friendly! This was my first time going to the doctors alone and they made me feel very comfortable.

Call the hotel and ask to speak to a manager I would have made them put me in a different room the least they could do is give you a discount
Hello DeNeece, Thank you for your question. AppHealthCare is able to help patients with discounts who have limited incomes and regardless of whether the patient is insured or not. You will need to prove your income for this discount. It can be done in a variety of ways. The following is acceptable forms of proof of income: Current W2 Form; Pay Check Stub, SS Statement showing Income, Unemployment Verification, Employment Letter from your employer stating your gross income with frequency of pay periods and signed by the employer with contact information, and if you are Self Employed we have a form you can sign and date stating your income. The proof of income is valid for 1 year. Medical visits MUST have proof of income on the day of your visit or you will be responsible for the full amount of the visit. In your case, you would be Nominal which means you would not pay more than $25.00 per visit. If you have any questions, please let us know.
