My daughter worked at Wendy's. I know at her store a cooler was used. Some stores might freeze meat, remember each store is independently owned. There are rules , but not everyone follows them to a tee.
My first job was here, over 30 years ago. As of that time, their meat was never frozen. That could have changed. But you do know they have walk in coolers as well as freezers, right?
