The Lost Sock saved us, my wife is battling cancer and we had fallen way behind on laundry to the point it was named Mount Laundry the lost sock is under new ownership and they gave us a one time only discount to help us catch up. We are so grateful to them and the service they offer I highly recommend them and their highly attentive team. They pick up, wash, fold, and deliver. Truly amazing company and people!

I’ve been going here regularly for a while but from this point forward I will not be returning. I’ve given them ample time to correct an issue I had in April. I lost money to their boxed detergent machine. It was just when the “apocalypse” …Hello, I apologize for your subpar experience. We’ve gotten no messages about someone losing a dollar, but would of course be happy to refund it at any time. I can assure you, we didn’t spend your $1 on new counter tops, which were replaced for the benefit of our customers.

Very dirty.... A lot of machines out of order. 7- 3 load machines out of 14 out of order. 2- 5 load machines. 1 was out of order, so we tried to use the other and yep that …Hi Tavo, I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. Our dryers are brand new speed queen units that dry a load in under 30 minutes. They are most definitely the fastest available on the market and we use them ourselves regularly. Someone did make quite a mess between 6am and when we checked on it at 1030. Unfortunately, people sometimes treat unattended spaces like this, which is why we check frequently. It was cleaned up by the time you posted this. We have far more than 14 washers, I’m sorry if you would have rather used one of our washers that is awaiting repair. Please contact us personally for a refund on any lost money. Have a lovely day!
