Fast check in, the person who checked me in, was the nicest person ever... Such a sweet guy.. Room was nice. Is Jacuzzi tub. The room I was in was very quiet I was in the very end 2nd floor. Very enjoyable I needed to be compressed that 1 night helped me.

The location is great but the staff was very rude. Also tried checking in at 3 like it says online and I was told it was at 4. Maybe get you information straight and get some manners.

My wife always has me check our hotel rooms for bed bugs prior to bringing any of our bags inside. Thankfully we did this at Lovers Point as we found bed bug droppings and one bed bud under the mattress. I told the gentlemen at the front counter and thankfully he gave me my money back without any fuss. We then had to find a last minute hotel as a replacement and everywhere in Monterey/Pacific Grove was booked. Ended up having to stay about 20 minutes away. Anyone planning on staying here, be sure to check your bedding and the room for any signs of these awful bugs.

Recommend ownership reevaluate whether this is the business they want to be in. All indicators leave the impression that someone stopped caring about this particular business a while ago. Based on the previous ratings, this is not news, which leads to this observation This hotel could in fact be a solid winner based on the excellent environment and activities surrounding it! Clean it up and show some pride of ownership! Best of luck, My wife and I personally will not return.
