We were there for a wedding but I heard it’s the first lighthouse in the west coast. The rest is history.

The gift shop is open the same hours as the lighthouse, Sat 11-3 and Sun 1-3. There is no bike trail that goes directly to the lighthouse. There is a bike rack inside, but we are only allowed to walk a bicycle while on the grounds.
it all depends on the pandemic. it is not safe inside till it has subsided. the city has to be careful about not putting anyone in harms way either.
Not yet. Still waiting on the City, the virus and the health department. Only open to outside (free), Sat & Sun 1-3 when it is not raining.
It's closed and now remodeling going on. Who knows when will reopen.
We are closed because of COVID19. Likely to be this way until spring next year? As Lecia says, you can see it from the fence near the golf course entrance on Asilomar. We will not be able to open even to the outside of the LH until we get out of the purple range of infections. Help us open, wear a mask.

It is a DONATION, not a fee. It is great if you help out to keep the lighthouse going and with renovations to improve the experience, but it is NOT a requirement to enter and enjoy the experience. Contrast this with the entrance FEE required at other local experiences.
