We are closed because of COVID19. Likely to be this way until spring next year? As Lecia says, you can see it from the fence near the golf course entrance on Asilomar. We will not be able to open even to the outside of the LH until we get out of the purple range of infections. Help us open, wear a mask.
Unfortunately, no the lighthouse is closed to the public. You can view from behind the fence, but not walk the grounds. I highly recommend driving or renting bikes to see the 17 Mile drive. It's a very scenic area. We chose bikes which allows you to easily stop to enjoy the views. Enjoy your trip! It's a great place to visit.
