Dr. Roman was wonderful, so this review does not reflect on her; however she was the ONLY good part. When I called to make my appointment, I was told they accepted my vision insurance, but after my appointment with the Dr and waiting on glasses/lenses, I am then told only the doctor accepts it for her portion, but the optical center does not. Um, this is extremely important information to have up front since most people would get their glasses/lenses where they have their appointment. Needless to say, we were already there and had finished the appt, so we were told to sit and wait for an optician to help with the lens order. 45 minutes later, we were still waiting, while 2 of the 3 opticians were just walking aimlessly around doing nothing, so we just left. Extremely unprofessional optical center and we will not be back.

My husband visited this Walmart Vision Center on Hwy 200 Ocala, December 2018. His experience was a pleasant experience, there was very professionally friendly staff at this Walmart Vision Center. He said, the staff was professionally friendly and helpful when it came to picking out his glasses. The Optometrist was very professional and took time with him in a timely manner. The doctor was very friendly, professional and thurough with the exam.Undoubtedly the best eye exam I've ever had. Michelle, the optician, exceeded my expectations with her customer service. She was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this Wal-Mart Vision.
