Paid for 3 games of bowling, brought my own equipment. Within 4 frames my ball got chipped in several places from the ball feeder. Lanes were not oiled at all. After the 4th frame i packed up and asked for a refund for the other 2 games and the manager told me i would have to go through corporate. Ive never bowled at Pinz before but i will tell you ill never go again.

When we got there at 12:11pm, the doors were locked, even though they should have been open at 12 noon. First, my son got 2 left shoes. Then the shoes he settled on were cracked and tongueless. We got there (and there were people already inside playing) we were put in a lane with others, even though there were plenty of empty lanes. We set aside 2 hours to bowl so we prepaid for 2 games (which was $80 with shoes rental) and there were 4 of us (2 adults, 1 teen and 1 tween). Our lane broke down several times (ball wouldn't come back, pins wouldn't reset) and there is no way to call them from the lane to say there is an issue so we had to go up to the desk and wait for someone to go back there and fix it every time. Needless to say we didn't have time for our other game so we traded it $ in for arcade cards. It took us maybe 10 minutes to spend $30 in there - each child had a card and I played one game with each of my boys and my husband played 2 games - so the cards go QUICK!! Our waitress was very nice and provided free refills on the sodas we got. She probably saw we paid for two games but when we only stayed for one, I had to cash out at the bar. I know everywhere is understaffed and hurting and this is the worst experience we have had there. Hopefully it will get better with the water weather - cuz we'd love to check out axe throwing and table tennis in the bar and one of their many specialty nights.

It was a cool place to bowl love the fact that they have deals and the ppl are nice. But the food was very overpriced for the quality and quantity. Unfortunately that's what killed it for me. They should either revamp the menu to better suit the chefs abilities or lower the prices. Bc the food really isn't that good.

Laser tag rarely, if ever, has a wait. Bowling can be reserved as well as axe throwing.

Yes, PiNZ offers both online and in store gift card purchases. We have a 3 week Black Friday gift card sale going on now, check it out!
Your best bet is to check the website, though a Google Post on holiday hours would have been helpful too. Looks like they have an adult pay from 9 till 1 at$150 per Lane. I'd call them for availability.
