The staff were wonderful with Cindy going that extra mile with her customer service helping us complete this purchase. We've bought several ceiling fans here, and the experience has been outstanding. The selection of lights and fans is impressive. Ryan is very personable, and was available without hovering, and helpful without being pushy. He guided us in self-discovery until we found exactly what we wanted. Pick-up several days later went smoothly: we received e-mail notification that our order would be in the store on a certain date, and when we arrived, load and go took only a few minutes. High marks for the entire process!
