When ever I call know I will answer the phone. There are other problems with people that need answer to questions medication or the where to take unused medications. Why is this happening 😭 I am so angry know one will help me at cvs I will talk to my governor some how or call the VT news and get a lawyer.

Prescription called in from doctor on Monday. Get a text on Thursday saying prescription is ready. Go to CVS on Friday afternoon and wait in line for 23 minutes to find out its not ready. They said it would be about an hour to be ready. I come back on Saturday, wait 38 min in line to find out its not ready. Now I have to come back a 3rd day in row after they said it was ready. It better be ready tomorrow This keeps getting worse. They filled the wrong prescription. It's 2 more days

Tried helping my mom fill a prescription due to her being in the hospital. Staff is rude, the lazy girl ‘Alyssa’ is a nightmare. No customer service skills what’s so ever. Steer clear of this location. It’s essentially a pawn shop ‘the best I can do is four days to get your prescription’ ha, what a joke of a pharmacy.

If I was able to leave no stars I would. Unfortunately every time I've experienced this Pharmacy, i encounter issues. Unfortunately my Pharmacy had closed and I needed to transfer my prescriptions. The rudeness from the head pharmacist seemed misplaced considering I was just needing my prescription filled. As well as giving my insurance information so it was already in the system. Once again I'm in the same problem. No one answers the phone 2 hours of waiting. Unable to go online and added my insurance information. Someone needs to go to this location and assist with proper customer service. I do realize people are stressed and working long hours but I did that as a single mom with two jobs working 90 hours a week and I wasn't rude to my customers. Be thankful that you're working. Be thankful you have a job. be thankful that you can work. be thankful you're able to help others. just be thankful for what you have your life. I'm tired of listening to others complain about being unhappy with their full life. when others are unable to barely live. Thank you
