I would give this Hirons 0 stars if I could. Some of the staff at the pharmacy is incredibly rude. They show little patience and spoke to both me and my roommate (both of us pick up our medicine there) very rudely. Hirons on Franklin messaged me about a medication I needed to pick up and the message said I had to pay over $500 for the medication which confused me because my medication had always been completely covered by one of my insurances at the Hirons on 18th (I'd just switched locations). I called to see what was going on and was told that Hirons didn't accept my insurance. Because I have two insurances and was assuming there was a misunderstanding, I asked if they had checked both insurances because I knew one of my insurances was not accepted at Hirons, but the other was. They responded by raising their voice and telling me to use another pharmacy if I couldn't pay the amount. Immediately after I called Hirons on 18th and they kindly put me on hold for a short time and reassured me that my medication was in fact covered and that I could pick it up in 45 minutes. The Hirons on 18th was very efficient and respectful, but the one on Franklin was quite the opposite. The Franklin Hirons has also sent my roommate remider texts saying her medication is ready only for her to arrive and be told they don't have it multiple times. I suggest avoiding the Franklin Hirons if you can.

I wish I could give no stars. We were shopping for my 8 yr old daughters birthday and they refused to allow her to use the restroom! We left our purchases to run next door for proper customer service. We will not be returning to spend any money here in the future!
