I recently moved and this location is no longer the most convenient to get to. However, I am unwilling to change my default pharmacy because the people working here are the best. I always get friendly service and on multiple occasions the employes both up front and in back have gone above and beyond to help myself or a family member out. They have saved me money, time, and helped cut through red tape.

While I am personally aware of certain issues with the staffing at this store, the persons at the window need to be more friendly. Most do not seem happy in their positions and staffing changes, reducing the number to handle long lines at the windows have been an issue. Also, Making all the windows PICKUP/DROP OFF, was a poor choice and holds up those waiting to just pick up their meds, very poor decision to make this change.

I never thought of a pharmacy as being a place you'd be treated poorly to such an extent. I have an 8 year old with type 1 diabetes. Went to look for ketone testing strips, looked through all the diabetes supplies. Couldn't find them. I asked at the counter and the girl said "if they aren't with the diabetes stuff, we're out". She just wanted me to go away apparently. Problem is, my boyfriend had called 15 minutes earlier and they told him they had them. So I go back up to the counter after looking again, and told them he had called to check and was told yes. Then someone from the side threw them on the counter and walked away. Said nothing, just threw them on the counter. I've never been so frustrated with service before. I Was working and unable to get there before that time, and I asked nicely. I don't get it. Don't tell someone you have them 15 minutes before, then casually say you're out I come in to get them. It's your job!
