The bigger they get the more they forget what customer service is all about. If you did not buy your jewelry from Leeds and Son Fine Jeweler do not bother to come in and try to get any help. I waited 4 months to redo 4.5 carat diamond band, knowing that I needed to add new certified stones and when I can back as they told me to, they treated me disrespectfully and made every excuse not to do the work. Mike the repair guy is a total liar, do not trust this guy. Why mislead the customer and tell me to wait till September as I wanted them to do the work and when I come in tell me, sorry, we won’t help you. We try to support local busco it they don’t want to support their local all year round customer.

tried to get on a list for a Rolex but the lady said i needed to be a customer first so after spending $2000 on something i didn't need i was later told there is no list and then come to find out out when i was there the lady asked to see my yacht master 2 and took it in the back just to run the numbers cause she assumed i stole the watch

The only place I will buy my watches. I purchased my first watch from Christy Brown in 2015 and have been hooked ever since. Her insight and knowledge surrounding watches and jewelry is incredible. I wanted to take a moment to thank Christy in her relentless pursuit to get me my dream watch, the Rolex Submariner black dial w/ date. I have had several other watches, Omega, Breitling etc. Always wanted a Rolex. Christy took care of me when I first walked in and gave me her undivided attention even though I wasn’t the “typical” multi Rolex client. She listened and really gave me the feeling that she was there to assist me in stepping up into a Rolex. After a wait, I finally got the watch I’ve been researching and wanting for years.
