Update 2022-04-24: Still the best value place to live in the Coachella Valley for the price. Big perk: you own the land (not renting it) which opens up the possibility of a reverse mortgage. Even buying an old, decrepit unit is a good idea because the old one could be removed and replaced by a new manufactured home for a lot less than most places. That way you can get exactly what you want brand new. It's a great community! Great place to live or visit. Best value for your money. Friendly. Secure. Well maintained. Lots of activities.
