I dread even going here after calling and was treated very rudely--the guy completely contradicted himself and spoke over me telling me that I was being aggressive with him. I said no, you are contradicting yourself and not hearing me. When I asked him can I finish, he said "no!" continuing to contradict everything he said.

I just got off the phone with a gentleman and( I call him that ironically) in the records department. It was one of the worst if not the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. The "gentleman" in question was rude, condescending and almost hostile. He wasn't very understanding to my situation. I hope nobody ever has to deal with him and his attitude. Maybe he just doesn't like women. I don't know. Good luck if you ever have to deal with him.

The court been put my dad into jail in last 1980’s and I believe that court was false charges against my dad so I want the case go back and sue court and DA for a false imprisonments against my dad
