You want to get closer and they tell you that you can't if you don't wear a mask and they even yell at you they should have a better way of saying things a person got out of their car to ask and without a mask and they didn't say anything at all and that is equality according to them rude and discriminate you

Today 08-29-2022 at about 8:10 am I went in to finish renewing my license. I had previously come in on Thursday at about 2 pm. I was told that day I could not renew my license with my paper form and had to do it online. I did as instructed and was prompted to pay online so I did. When I told the receptionist at the non appointment desk, she told me since I paid online I had to come back Monday (today) to finish. I said alright and came back today. Another receptionist at the same desk “helped” me this time. She is an older lady with reddish hair. I told her my situation and she said since I paid online I did not need to wait. My license was on its way. I said that I thought I needed to update my picture but she said I couldn’t. And then she said very rudely if you want to wait then you can wait and pay us again. She was very rude and condescending. I gave her my phone number and repeated it for her and she wrote it wrong. She said here go wait so very rudely again. I just left since I felt like crying. She talked down to me after her coworker gave me misinformation.

Very nice people here The website said it would be 7 minute wait but when I arrived it was actually about a 30 minute wait Still ok Returned and Monique was the rep who assisted me Very professional and polite Unfortunately one of the two people performing road tests wasn't so polite. She thought i was standing in a place outside that wasn't safe. If she was a little more polite I wouldn't have had an issue. Please and thank you can go a long way

He can mske the process quicler if he applies on linr and submits all documents required. If all is a pass then he'll recieve a confirmation # that he presents to dmv staff & it puts u next in line as if u had an appt but only for the real id app and all documents must be uploaded & submitted on line and be accepted. Othereise u will have to stand in the line at the dmv

At this time taking tests or any appointment of any kind they're basically only taking past appointments.. I heard they are making exceptions occasionally early in the morning. That is what I was told, I still show up at least two or three times a week early in the morning just to see if I can schedule my drive test but at least you can get the information from one of the DMV workers that are standing outside. I would suggest you go there and ask questions
