It is really frustrating that you have "walk-in" signs on your building as well as out on the street, and yet you take no walk-ins. Also, only being able to book an appointment same day, and not a day or two out is driving business away. If you make it more difficult to use your service, people will look elsewhere.

I haven't set foot in a barber shop in over 5 years and needed a cut. They were so helpful & patient, squeezing me in between appointments that were booked. I cant thank you guys enough, it was a wonderful experience. If you're looking for a great cut & super friendly staff, this is the place to go!

Great experience with Rachel, and the whole place was chill and welcoming. Was a bit nervous going there as a lady, but it was no issue at all. Got an even better version of a cut I had before and looking forward to returning!
