As others reviewers have mentioned, the older male associate that is no longer there was extremely rude and condescending and a big negative to the store. Thankfully he does not appear to work there any longer. The current staff is extremely nice and professional, even during stressful times when many customers come in at once. The brunette lady is always positive and helpful and always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm getting the best price for what I need. The new associate also seems to be getting the hang of it and has been very courteous the 2-3 times I've seen him. This store is conveniently located and has made positive changes this year, I would recommend.

This is my favorite mailing point of service to go to. Except for that very rude ball head man that is no longer there! He was so rude it's absolutely ridiculous. He made coming here so uncomfortable. And to think he was just a regular worker and not the owner 😅. Anyways I'm glad he is gone now. You can be sure to experience lovely customer service from there current staff. P.s to the other young man that used to work there, thank you for your services. I wish you all the best in your new endeavors.
