Bought a $800 watch, everything was fine no complaints , 2 years later I go by for a battery short fat lady tells me they do not do repairs in Jewelry or battery and walks off I still had my receipt and original box they told me at time of puri ..oh yes come in anytime and we will replace for you. I will never buy from Kay Jewelers, I will stay with Zales. If I could give a 0 I wld. Short heavy set lady with black gray hairs. Very Rude. She also told me Kay was under new management.
