Went to purchase a belt and buckle for my son. When we returned home we found the belt size was marked incorrectly. We had to drive all the back to the store to exchange the belt. The bad experience part came when we interacted with the cashier, Brianna. She could have been more understanding and kind. She was rude and then made mention about the bigger sized belt we exchanged it for. Not appreciated. The store has great selection of merchandise just not happy with a cashier experience and check out. I understand people have bad days but when you’re working with the public you really should try to make an effort to treat everybody with kindness. lastly, nobody approached us to ask if we needed assistance while we shopped. Luckily we found what we needed.

I don't even regularly wear cowboy attire, I needed a hat for a poker night though and decided to try this place. But damn, don't try to upsell me a hat that's $250+ because the "quality" is better. It looked and felt the exact same as the $80 hat.
