They only have big bag and small bags which means for light and small things .. the biggest size is like larger than a lady hands bags.. but you can just bring in the original box and just print a label and hand in to them if its big box... the simple answer is no.. you dont need to box it like ups .... as long as it's in the original container so it doesn't fall out .. then you're good

After a certain amount of time, if not picked up, the item will be sent back and refunded but I would call them just to make arrangements to expedite the process

Yes. You receive an email with a code when it's ready for pickup. When you're there, click the button and get your code. 1 minute wait and then scan your code at a certain locker. The door will pop open. The email will guide you the whole way.

Try to visit in the afternoon when downtown is less busy to get metered parking. The garage no longer validates so you have to pay.

As long as you can generate drop off at Amazon hub, you should be able to return there

As long as they open and you receive the reminder confirmation of the item is available to pick up. You can come to pick up.

We receive large packages all the time but it has to give you the option to ship to that location. You can not manually input the address. This will result in issues receiving the item due to it not going through Amazon's delivery process.

No only Amazon packages can be shipped here because it is an Amazon owned and operated delivery location. If you wanted to have an item shipped to a pick location in general i would suggest possibly ordering through UPS and receiving it at one of their pickup location or having it delivered to your local post office that supports pickups.

There arw employeees there to take your big box. Its like their warehouse to received returns. There are bags yiu can put your stuffs in if u dont have boxes. Life is much easier and saving the planet
