So this is my first time returning an item to amazon, only thing is that they're tires i ordered for my car, would I have to go inside to return or is there a box big enough to fit two tires??

The drop-off box is inside regardless of size, but for large items like that you would have to give them to an employee

I would just like to add that Amazon won't accept for return items shipped directly from third-party sellers. So if the tire came directly from a third-party seller rather than from Amazon, Amazon likely won't accept them for return at the downtown San Jose location. Since you have to carry then , know that parking can be an issue there, so if possible go at a time you know its not an issue
